Does It Ever Quiet Down?
Ever feel like you’re too much and not enough… at the exact same time?
Same.
It’s the weirdest, most exhausting internal monologue — one minute you’re “too loud, too sensitive, too much,” and the next, you’re “not good enough, not smart enough, not fill-in-the-blank enough.” 🙃
But friend, can we take a moment and hit pause on all that noise?
Because what does God’s Word say?
“You are fearfully and wonderfully made.” – Psalm 139:14
“You were knit together in your mother’s womb.” – Psalm 139:13Let that sink in for a sec.
You weren’t made by accident.
You weren’t thrown together in a rush like my daily “make-up” routine.
You were knit together — intentionally, with care, and with purpose.So the next time those lies start whispering — the “not enoughs” or the “too muches” — fight back. Not with your own strength, but with God’s truth.
Instead of focusing on what you think you’re not…
What if…you focus on who God says you are?
✨ Fearfully and wonderfully made.
✨ Designed by a Creator who doesn’t make mistakes..
✨ Seen, known, and deeply loved — just as you are.So go ahead and take up your space, friend. Be bold. Be tender. Be wildly yourself.
Because you and me — in all of our quirks and stuff — were made on purpose, for a purpose.
And that’s something worth remembering. 💛
